4. How long will I get my order done and shipped?
Ans: It depends on each products' specification, normally it will take about 15-25 days from producing to shipping.
5. What happens if the products are wrong or poorly made when I receive the order?
Ans: Don't Worry! We will send out samples to customer for double confirmation when we receive the order. We want our customer gets 100% satisfaction, if the products have issue, we will do our best to solve it out. For the quality of product, the factory will do inspection first and we have own QC staff to do the inspection again.
